How to book

1. Step

Choose a direction + type of the transport (from airport / to airport etc.)  in the first row of the order form.

2. Step

Be sure you choose correct location in the selects called “Where” or “From” according to your chosen direction.

3. Step

Please fill in correctly all the boxes, especially "Email" and "Cell phone" including a country code which are very important for us and the driver.

4. Step

Submit the order form. After sending the order form a confirmation will appear on-screen. You will receive a confirmation email within few minutes (if not, it's in your spam folder).

5. Step

Check your email to see the final confirmation including a voucher with all necessary instructions how to meet the driver, how to pay, modify, cancel etc.

Important info

All necessary instructions will be sent to your email as soon as you submit the order form.

PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY

We check online status of your arrival flight / train / bus, no problem in case of delay.

Transport between Prague city centre and Prague airport takes around 30 minutes.

Departure pick up time from the city centre is recommended 2,5 hours before your flight's take of or 1 hour before your train's (or bus) departure.

All changes in your booking can be made through a modification link in your email confirmation. Please do not duplicate the orders if you made a mistake while booking.
